prize draw is open to residents of UK and Ireland
only. The closing date is as stated on the Prize
Draw Registration Form on the Phillip McCallen
Motorcycles Ltd website. Only one entry per person.
Multiple entries are not accepted.
Entries must be made through the prize draw
web form. The winners will be chosen at random
and the draw will be witnessed by an independent
person. No purchase is required to enter the
prize draw.
Who cannot take part?
People who cannot enter the prize draw are:
- employees of the prize manufacturer,

employees of Phillip McCallen
Motorcycles Ltd. or any of its wholly owned
subsidiaries,

employees of any handling
houses or other company involved directly
with the administration of this prize draw,

members of the households
of all prohibited employees mentioned above.
The prize.
The prize(s) are as discribed on the
Prize Draw Registration Form on the Phillip
McCallen Motorcycles Ltd website.
Phillip McCallen Motorcycles Ltd. may in its
absolute discretion substitute a cash value
for the prizes or offer alternative prizes of
equal or greater value.
Winner announcement.
The winners will be announced on the
Phillip McCallen Motorcycles Ltd website as
soon as possible after the prize draw date.
The winners will be phoned or emailed as soon
as possible.
Winner publicity.
Entrants accept that, if they win,
Phillip McCallen Motorcycles Ltd may request,
without additional payment, permission to use
their name, age and town of residence to announce
they have won the prize draw on the Phillip
McCallen Motorcycles Ltd. website.
Withdrawal/Amendment of promotion.
We reserve the right to terminate
or amend or modify the promotion or the rules.
Any changes will be notified accordingly on
the website.
Acceptance of rules is a condition
of entry.
These terms and conditions shall be
governed and construed in accordance with the
laws of England and Wales.
